This morning 6 GoodGymers met up at the Coffee Cup to restart our monthly beach cleans. It was unusual to be limited to a small group and keep our distance from each other, but handy to know if we each held out our litter picker - we'd be the correct distance apart!

The beach was surprisingly (in a good way!) not too bad, with only small bits of plastic, pen caps, cigarette butts and fishing wires found. The biggest items were 1 pack of crisps, 1 can and 1 plastic cup! We also found a mickey mouse and an unusual amount of green beans strewn around, guess they opted to ditch their greens for a cake at the coffee cup!

It was lovely to get back to it and see some friendly faces on this sunny morning. So overall, a great start to our Sundays :)
