On a humid Sunday morning, one Goodgym runner ran to the Ringway Centre, a community in Grove park. The grounds are being restored and converted to woodland for the visually impaired and on arrival the runner was met by the amazing Kay, who assigned them to an area of overgrown False Orange trees in need of clearing. After several hours of ,cutting, hacking, sawing and removing wire that the trees had somehow had grown around, a significant area of space had been cleared and sunlight was seeing some ground for the first time in many years.
