Many of us enjoy heading to a parkrun on New Year's Day, with some even tackling 'The Double' (completing two nearby events in one morning). I know that many of you have already been keeping your parkrunning going with the (not)parkrun activities, so why not start your year off with some fresh air and movement, by completing a New Year's Day (not)parkrun?
How does it work?
- Head out (wherever you are) to complete 5k of walking or running
- If you want to 'Do the double', keep going! Clock 10k in one go, or two separate 5ks
- Take some photos en route and share these via Twitter @GGLewisham (if you wish)
- Please complete your activity by yourself, or with someone from your household or bubble.
Make sure you link your Strava to your GoodGym profile (in settings) to make your efforts count towards our January Challenge totals!
Have fun :)
