Date and time
13:30 - 14:30Come and join in a coaching session designed to improve your running - all levels of experience and ability welcome!
There'll be a warm-up, some simple exercises to help you think about an important part of your running (high knees), a chance to practice and a cool down. And we'll make it fun!
It'll be lead by one of our GoodGym Ealing Area Activators, Harvey, who's working on his next coaching qualification in running. So, you'll also be helping Harvey to put some of his newly acquired knowledge into practice!
Please wear clothing appropriate for modest exercise and warm layers for the start and end so you don't get cold. And bring a drink!

Thanks Harvey, it was eye opening. I'll need to see how I apply what I learned to my running technique
