Beautiful sunny morning in Leicester, 10 Goodgymmers made their way to Aylestone recreation park to be Hi-viz hero's supporting junior parkrun.

We had special guests from GoodGym Derby Gwyn and Tracey who also brought along chocolate treats (life savers), Gwyn had celebrated his 250th parkrun yesterday, super star!

Dave appeared as Run Director again and did a fantastic job getting the youngsters ready. First timer Peter has endured me talk about GoodGym for the last 4 months, definitely deserves a pat on the head.

Amazing to see the youngsters fly around the course especially my own two little runners burning off some energy, great start to a Sunday morning for all. Proud of my littlest wanting to run on her own so that me and my husband could volunteer, although she did strip layers off leaving another parent to carry coat, gloves, hat.

See you all again very soon, we are smashing the GoodGym January Challenge!
