Preparing for Growing Season!
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the SHP - Greenhouse Project in Redbridge.

goodgym were out today to assist the Single Homeless Project, to prepare and weed ahead of the growing season.
This is a London-wide charity working to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable and socially excluded people to transform their lives. Their GreenHouse sessions help people reduce isolation and build confidence from being part of something.
Today Julia, Linda, Jen and I helped the SHP GreenHouse project with digging and weeding two Wild Meadow beds, which will help the clients to maintain with sowing and growing a variety of wildflowers.
