Marie Antoinette may have preferred to advocate for cake, but at GoodGym we're all about eating our greens.

We'll never be as strong as Popeye if we don't get our spinach afterall, and if we aren't strong how will we do our good deeds?!

In the spirit of spreading the vegetable gospel we took on a last minute Community Mission at Marston Community Garden this afternoon. Ben and I untangled bind weed, pulled up thistles, and liberated the potatoes from encroaching nettles. After half an hour of weeding we filled our bags with freshly harvested fruit and veg and set of to deliver it to some of the older residents of Marston.

Everyone seemed delighted to receive a bundle of free fresh veg.
