Abbey Park Methodist Nursing and Care Home

MHA was founded by the Methodist Church over 70 years ago and, now as an independent charity still linked to the Methodist Church, is the kargest care provider in the UK. Abbey Park has 85 rooms and cares for people at all stages - from those who are basically independent but need some help through to those who live with dementia and those who need nursing care to the end of life.

Please note that this community mission has been cancelled.

We have a large garden which needs to be cut back and tidied up. We had hoped to get it done before the Covid crisis but that took priority and so it needs doing even more now. Now we have designated two Saturdays in September, 12th and 19th, and are asking for volunteers to help us clear and plant out for the spring.
