Mission 2 the Phoenix Cinema

In the end four GoodGym members came together after our initial group run was cancelled at the very last minute by the host. This meant in quick order we needed to find something else good to do! luckily the manager of the Phoenix Cinema our start point and Charity Host had some leaflets that we could deliver. Mission 2 was activated! After a quick warm up we headed off to do a couple of streets and soon ran out of the leaflets to deliver. We then did some pace running up and down a quiet street. Well done for Gyna who has just started running but is improving with every session. Welcome also to Kenanon there first run out with Goodgym Barnet. Thanks to Paul the reliable for back marking ....
