JP and I met at the Kings Gate centre for sorting the deliveries of donated food for Kingston food bank and food parcels to be made by the Voices of Hope charity for those isolated and struggling during this time. With a broken lift, our help was needed to boxes of fruit, veg, pasta, rice and oats up 6 flights of stairs to the top floor where the food was to be sorted. Some items were taken up only to be brought back down again as we were told the lettuce should stay downstairs. It was a good work out and our help was greatly appreciated! Please join us next Monday for a similar stairs workout!
