There are always carrots....

2 vomiters at the finish area tonight 🤮. Not the best end to a race for anyone but double gold stars to Judy who went and found some hot water to sluice it away.

Apart from that bit of drama, the evening went smoothly with Jen having to send a couple of runners into the naughty corner for forgetting their numbers. Jo, Rachel and Vicki were having fun in the quiet times between ladies collecting their numbers, so much so that Vicki was crying with laughter.

Val, Maura, Mel, Judy and birthday girl (or dog) Tess were in charge of the men's numbers.
