The aim is simply to organise and manage a fully road closed mass participation race to raise a surplus which is ploughed back into community projects.

Every year the streets of Ealing are blessed with one of the finest races in the country - The Ealing Half Marathon!

It’s a CIC event which means all the profits from the race are poured back into the local community. That means when it comes to putting the race together it’s a real volunteer effort to make it happen!

That’s where we come in!

Join us this Tuesday night to help take down the race signs in the Hanwell area. You’ll meet Liv at the bottom of the drive entrance to Hanwell Community Centre at 6:30pm and then split into teams to take down signs along this section of the course.

All equipment and instructions will be provided and it’s a great way to get your steps in for the day!

It should take no longer than 1 hour and you’ll have done an great deed for the week!

How are you getting there?

They are based in Hanwell Community Centre but our task is normally to flyer the cars parked on the route in the run up to the event. Sandra normally drops these at our start location for us.
