Wowza what a fab evening. It's been a long time since we've met up at Crooklog sports centre for a Monday evening task.
It was definitely chilly out this evening but it didn't take us long to warm up especially with one of my musical starters to get the heart rates up. With 5 minutes of speed freaks and 33 burpees under our belts the team headed off with leaflets in hand. It was like we'd never been away, the team suddenly became super posties as they weaved in and out of gardens dispensing their leaflets like well oiled machines, it was memorizing to watch π
