Digging over the ground in preparation for planting a new community garden, come back for planting if you can!!

The second of July’s Saturday volunteer day helping out at garden at The Exchange Erith.

🪴🪵🌱

Join head gardener, Louis and the other volunteers to help in the garden, greenhouse and houseplant collection within the grounds of the old library.

With summer coming there is plenty to do from cutting trees, tidying shrubs, deadheading, weeding and watering.

The Saturday sessions run from 9am-5pm and run on a drop in drop out basis.

I will list the mission as 10am-12pm in order to get in a parkrun first. Feel free to arrive and leave as you please, just sign in with Louis.

The Bookshop Cafe also has some really good brunch options 🥐🍳🥓
