3 GoodGymers made their way 10.5km on a training session in Sheffield.

Three intrepid ornithologists set off on the Grunch this week. Kinetic Kathryn ran part way before having to head back again for work (boo!), while Swift Sarah & Simply Sam ran the full canal/ river loop. On the way round we saw a kingfisher (Yay!), ducklings & swallows. Just over 10k in all.
