Weekend er'run'ds

What a lovely day for some er'run'ds. I ran to Springfield park for a warmup. Helped a couple friends train for 5k and then I was off to my mission to pick up groceries for Mr. B.

He wonderfully greeted me (Socially distanced of course), gave me the list and money and I was off to Lidl. They didn't have everything Mr B had hoped so I called in to check for some acceptable substitutes.

I delivered the groceries to a very happy and thankful Mr B, and I was off to my next er'run'd of the day.
