GoodGym Monday Motivation: The Mood-Boosting Workout (ONLINE CLASS)

In this evening’s 40-minute workout we will:

  • Raise heart rate to boost fitness and energy levels.
  • Work major muscle groups to prepare us for all our activity in the week ahead.
  • Stretch out muscles that take a hammering from walking – and deskwork.
  • BREATHE. We’ll finish with some breathing exercises and gentle mobility work.

YOU WILL NEED THE USE OF A CHAIR OR THE EDGE OF A SOFA OR BED FOR THIS EVENING'S SESSION

  • All content can be tailored to all fitness ability.
  • We run our online classes via Zoom. Your Zoom invite for this session can be found here.
  • This session is open to ALL.
