Hey GoodGym H&F! To help us all stay active, care for our mental wellbeing & stay socially connected during these times of isolation I'm putting together a little weekly plan every week (it will get updated every Sunday evening).

Monday - Monday mind games 🧠

Tuesday - Virtual GoodGym H&F & B-I-N-G-O party! 🌍

  1. Run 5.5km - please do so alone, as per the Govt guidelines!
  2. β€˜Giving’ task (can be done during the week) - donate an item to a local foodbank / place an item into the food donation point when you go shopping.
  3. Fitness - Spell your full name using the below πŸ‘‡ (no shortened versions please πŸ˜‰).

This week's bonus challenges...find a road beginning with 'F' & complete as many Strava segments as possible. Please post your pictures on your Strava run.

You'll need to make a 9x3 bingo card with 15 numbers: Column 1 = numbers 1-9, Column 2 = 10-19, Column 3 = numbers 20-29, and so on until Column 9.


Wednesday - HIITing Wednesday hard! πŸ‘Š

Thursday - Feeling zen Friday 🧘

Have a 30 minute 'timeout' ⏳ from life and focus on the health & wellbeing of your mind. Switch off from the world, read a book, meditate, have a bath, whatever works for you! - you could use an app for some guided meditation or mindfulness (such as Headspace or Calm).


Friday - Friday...a spine day to workout! 🌡

Saturday - Stretch it out / stair climbing Saturday πŸ§—

What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.

This event is organised by your Taskforce, a group of experienced GoodGym members in your area, they are not responsible for your safety. You should feel confident to participate in the event as it is described and you do so at your own risk.
