10 GoodGymers made their way 3.0km to help the Carriers of Hope in Coventry.

On a cold Tuesday evening, 10 GoodGym Coventry members ran to support Carriers of Hope and Clothing Coventry.
it was great to welcome Susan on her first run with GoodGym Coventry and Laura led the warm up which was great too.
As several members of the group had participated in Coventry half marathon at the weekend so we had a walking and running group.
For Clothing Coventry, we sorted some clothes so that the summery donated clothes were packed away leaving only weather appropriate Clothing for the newly arrived refugees.
For Carrier of Hope, we started sorting toiletries for gifts and donations ready for their shoebox Christmas appeal.
We then ran and walked back to the start with the runners taking part in hill reps too!
Next week, we will be stick taking with the Social supermarket in Foleshill.
