3 GoodGym runners ran 4km on a mission to find some birds!

We ran to a local nature reserve in the hope of finding some hardy birds that didn't mind the rain. After a muddy run/walk around the reserve, we heard lots of birds and saw a few, we also spotted some bird art on our run and posed for some slightly soggy photos! On returning to the park, Lil tallied up our totals for Laura to add to the RSPB website.

Our sightings will contribute to the Big Garden Birdwatch, which allows the RSPB to monitor trends and helps them to understand how birds are doing. As well as contributing data to the birdwatch there is increasing evidence to show that spending time in nature is good for us, even in the pouring rain!
