- Every Saturday morning at 10am we're going to be doing a 5k run. I'll be sending out reminders on the day on the GoodGym Camden Socials WhatsApp group - email me if you'd like to be added to it - and then we'll get started.
If you'd like to run earlier or later in the day, that's absolutely fine - I just want to keep you folks moving in lockdown.
For those who'd prefer to build up to a 5k, why not get stuck in with the NHS Couch to 5k plan?
Don't forget to send me your photos once you've done your Saturday exercise - it's been great to see so many of you running with us so far.
Remember, when you're out and about on your run to maintain 2m distance from anyone else, as per the government guidelines.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
