9 GoodGymers made their way to help the Luton Wardown Parkrun in Luton.

A superb turnout for the first Parkrun takeover of the year on what proved to be a wet, windy and generally cold morning. From set up to the finish funnel and points between, friendly GoodGymers were everywhere. The wise ones wrapped up warm, the foolhardy ones ran. Good to get out there at the start of 2023.
