GG virtual fitness session - Tabata!
Interval training as a group!
This week, we're going for another Tabata session - they seem to be the best for wearing everyone out and feeling the burn the next day! Tabata involves 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest, repeated. Remember: you can do anything for 20 seconds!
No equipment required - all you need to take part is yourself! Make sure you've got appropriate footwear and clothing and enough space to move around.
