Challenge runs from Monday 6th April to Sunday 12th April

Week 2 of the GG Challenge is here. Each week there will be 3 activities that you can do at a time that suits you in attempt to keep things fun and fresh! The 3 sessions will include 1x cross training, 1x interval/speed session and 1x fun/quirky challenge.

1. 20 Minute Strength Workout - example session: squats, plank, lunges, press ups, sit ups... 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. Repeat circuit 4 times.

2. Hill Session - 10-15 minute warm up jog, 10x 45 second hill repeats (uphill steady and slow jog or walk downhill to recover), 10-15 minute cool down jog. Maze Hill, Crooms Hill, Point Hill are all great for this in Greenwich.

3. Easter photo treasure hunt! Take your phone and aim to find the following red items and snap a pic and upload them to Strava. A phone box, a post box, a red car & a red flower. (If you're not currently in London and phone boxes aren't red, any phone box will do!)

Log your activities on Strava so we can give some kudos or share your updates in the Facebook group!

All outdoor activities should follow current government advice so please stay 2 metres apart from other humans, run solo, no double run days and start all runs from your front door!

Enjoy!
