Whether you've been GoodGyming for ages or are totally new to it, you are very welcome - No specialist knowledge required!
It's £3 per person and there's a chance you could walk home with more! Please bring cash if possible.
It's 6 people to a team, so if we have more than 6 we'll have to make 2 teams, so please sign up to this by Monday 23rd January so I can book tables.
Arrive from 7:30 if you like to get in the zone 🍻

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
