The weeding tyred us out!
6 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Brent.

The rain stopped just in time for the GG's to have a dry start to the evening. The group welcomed Kash to her first group run in Brent before beginning a short warm-up.
The group quickly set-off to the task, where they were greeted by Diana and Becka. The tyring task was to weed. Becka, Kash, Pete and Tabitha quickly set to work. Tabitha carefully explained which were weeds and which were flowers. Lee soon joined the team too. Meanwhile, Liz measured the perimeter of the flower bed with a meter rule.
Pete discovered 3 tyres burried under the soil and dug them out. In a short time, the flower bed was weed free and the team began their journey back to base.
