GG Bath goes bouldering!

An afternoon out in Bristol to do some indoor climbing

Location

Date and time

You're invited to join us for an afternoon of bouldering (indoor, ropeless climbing) at Flashpoint in Bristol.

Venue & transport

Flashpoint is very close to Temple Meads railway station.

There is a limited amount of parking there at the centre, so we will try to arrange some suitable car sharing on the GoodGym Bath WhatsApp group. If you're not on that, or have other transport needs you can reply to the conversation below and we'll try to work something out.

A climbing session at Flashpoint costs about £10.

If this is your first time climbing at Flashpoint, and need to hire climbing shoes, that'll go up to about £20.

Safety

Bouldering is a relatively safe and fun experience, but comes with certain obvious risks. When climbing at the centre you'll watch a guidance video and sign with them to accept any risks as your own responsibility.

But generally anyone can go along even with no experience - a few of us have some bouldering experience and will be on hand to try to ensure you don't get into to many difficulties!
