Six mighty GoodGymers entered Paradise on Tuesday evening to clear out unwanted occupants. Unfortunately the area had become a bit run down and needed some good old GoodGym lovin'.

You might think I'm writing about a seedy (bonus pun) nightclub, but no! It's Co-Lab's marvellous little garden, created from an old car park. We were amazed at the variety of plants thriving in this little space. With a little TLC and quite a lot more water they're looking a lot better.

Co-Lab is a community organisation focus on recovery, belonging, rehabilitation and wellbeing. We had great fun improving the garden space for members of the community to relax in, enjoy, and hopefully reap some fruits and seeds from!
