Everyone loves a hill. Am I right? And on a Friday night. What could be better ;)
Celebrate the end of the first week back to work after the Christmas break. Join me for a hills based training session on the L8 mountain (i.e. the hills of Dingle).
JUST 5 PLACES AVAILABLE, PLEASE ONLY SIGN-UP IF YOU ARE COMMITTED TO ATTENDING
Starting with a warm-up then a brief flat/descending run, (depending on the weather) we'll move on to hill sprints then continued efforts over longer hills. This is one of THE BEST ways to build running strength, speed and stamina.

Expect to run between 5km - 7km, much of it up hill. Sorry there is no where to leave kit so please carry what you need.
Meeting point: We will meet at the small row of shops on Mill Street, close to the mini roundabout at the intersection of Mill Street and Warwick Street (use the postcode L8 5UB).
