1 GoodGymer made their way to help the North Paddington Foodbank in Brent.

An evening helping the gals and guys at the food bank.
The tasks this evening was setting up things up for the week. Moving deliveries, reorganise shelves and sorting items ready to be packed up.
Some heavy lifting was involved, as were laughter and some good music.
Another successful task completed.
