Shopping with precision

Ms J was very prepared when I arrived at her flat - she had a shopping list and cash ready for me, along with a couple of letters she asked if I could post while I'm out. The shopping list was so well written, with the brands and the exact quantities written out for each item. This made it so much easier to find everything she wanted. The only problem was that she'd asked for more than £20 of food so I had to work out what the most amount of food I could get from her list was. I delivered it back to her flat, gave her the change and the receipt and let her know which items I missed off the list. She was very pleased!
