Heavy going
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

It's surprising how heavy a basket of food can get. This one had 4 litres of Alpro milk, 6 cans of soup, 1kg of chicken drumsticks, 2 bags of frozen veg, 1kg of rice and some other goodies. That's a lot on the end of one arm (have you ever tried to carry a shopping basket with both hands???) - still you could say it was my own fault for not having a £1 coin for a trolley!
