10:00 - 11:30It's the last weekend to complete those kms for the January challenge and if you've been pushing yourself with long runs or walks, you may want to use different muscles on your bike.
Choose any route, any distance, following whatever Covid rules apply in your area at that date .... and just push the pedals. If you have an indoor bike - those km's work too!
Log it on Strava/ RunKeeper and send a cycling selfie to me on Whatsapp or email by 7pm on 31st January.
