Pavement Pounding for Elizabeth House
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Elizabeth House Food Hub in Islington.

5 Goodgym runners, walkers and cyclists met at Elizabeth House Foodbank this afternoon, to assist with deliveries of food, shopping and essentials. A lot of the parcels were for residents living in the same housing estate as the community centre, easily delivered on foot. Other shopping supplies were taken by bike to households in Finsbury Park, Harringey and Islington.
Within 30-40 minutes, our team had completed all of our available deliveries. Wonderful work everyone!
