Welcome to GoodGym Ealing!
We're a friendly running group who combines exercise with volunteering. We meet every Tuesday at Bodyline Fitness just off Haven Green, we go for a run and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations in our borough.
The Task:
This week's task is TBC but we'll definitely be doing something good in Ealing, check back soon for all the details.
The Run:
We meet at 6.45pm ready to run at 7pm. GoodGym is for everyone and we welcome runners of all abilities and it is often possible to walk to the task if you would prefer. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is! If you have any questions or you're worried about the task or run then just contact me.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Bodyline Studio, and Bodyline Studio and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.

**Group Run Cancellation Notification:**
In line with government advice, over the past month we have made extensive changes to our operations including how we able to support organisations with group activities.
**With this in mind we are announcing that all group runs will continue to be on hold for the foreseeable future.**
We initially cancelled group run listings until the end of April and we are now officially extending this cancellation period until the end of May at the earliest.
