After the GoodGym takeover at Junior parkrun, a group of us doubled up on good deeds for the day and set to work, armed with litter pickers, hoops and bags to tackle Ockwells park and the surrounding roads.

Juli, Nick, Sheila, Georgeta and Gemma returned from the surrounding areas after 45 minutes with heaps of cans, buckets, laughing gas and even some birth control items!!

Sophie, Jess and Tara focused on the park and fields and found slightly less litter, but all in all we collected loads and have made a big difference.

A very happy one year anniversary of her first good deed - also a litter pick - to Gemma!
