Start Location: we meet at the Glass House in Gateway Plaza, either outside or just inside the main entrance. Parking opposite is free from 6pm. We run fairly soon after 6.30pm so meet in plenty of time! There will always be somebody to meet you there from 6.15pm.
GoodGym is for everybody! Our group has a variety of different abilities and new runners are always welcome. If you are thinking of joining us, drop any questions to rachael@goodgym.org. We are all about doing good, getting fit, and having fun.

Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
