Community mission

I might have an art attack if I cycle any faster!

2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in York.

The mission was to help Diabetes UK and Tesco to raise money and awareness by setting people 2 minute challenges (as someone is diagnosed with diabetes every 2 minutes in the UK). For us this mostly meant doing the challenges ourselves to encourage others to join in!

We started with the exercise bike (comically too small for Richard), then cup stacking (very easy to go too far into instability) and art attack (pictionary). Then I got a bit chilly so added press-ups and star jumps. 2 minutes is a long time.

With a few students, excitable older ladies and passing running friends we had a challenge on our hands, which we handed over to team 2 for the next slot.
