17:00 - 18:45The amazing Jags Foundation created a service called ‘Sunday Best’ delivering healthy home cooked meals to vulnerable people in our community on a Sunday afternoon and they are need of volunteers to help deliver the meals by bike or foot.

They need GoodGymers to sign up through their own spreadsheet rather than through GoodGym (and by Friday latest) so if you have a couple of hours to spare to give back to your local community on a Sunday afternoon, please sign up using the link above.
Please do not just turn up without filling out the spreadsheet, they will not have meals ready for you to deliver without this!
But do please also sign up here on the GG website so you get your good deed and we know that you've been able to help!
