Delivering a bundle of clothes for The Small Project

The Small Project is a volunteer-run baby clothes bank. They take donations of second-hand baby and children's clothes, and redistribute them to those who need them. Because of the pandemic, they cannot get the donations to those who need them most - typically those who are vulnerable and/or young families living in poverty. They are looking for volunteers to help deliver the baby's clothes bundles.

This Saturday they have just 1 bundle that needs delivering so we need 1 runner/cyclist to help out

Option 1: 6.6 miles - drop off location near Shepherd's Bush (would suit a cyclist)

Once you've signed up please comment below to confirm you are able to deliver to the above location.

Instructions:

• The bundle should be collected from Oasis Playspace between 11:30am and 12pm (you have to go via the park).

• One of the board members will be there to meet you and let you know where to take the bundle.

• You'll be given a confidential address so will need to sign an agreement with The Small Project so they can track their service. (You will also need to confirm with them over email once you've dropped the bundle off.)

• You'll then head out and drop off the bundle at the doorstep of the address you've been given and knock to ensure the family know that the bundle has arrived.

The bundles are generally around 1-2 shopping bags full per child (this week's delivery is to a one child family), so could you please make sure you're happy to carry the items and bring a big rucksack to carry them.
