I combined today's GG York running challenge (to do a fartlek session) with a prescription delivery for Mrs B.
On the way, a delivery driver cheered me up the hill where I'd opted for a short fast sprint, so I felt I had to extend it to a longer sprint until I was out of his sight!
Once Mrs B's prescription was safely delivered, I ran, jogged and walked back home, refreshed and ready for an afternoon of work.
