Need some shopping? You only Asda ask a GoodGym runner!

Well I learned something new today. I had no idea that frozen onions are a thing! Sadly they were the one thing on Ms D’s shopping list that weren’t available. I tried not to let the (lack of) onions make me cry. Ms D, however, was very emotional at the idea of someone volunteering to do her shopping and the whole concept of GoodGym. So although I don’t like to make people cry it was a clear reminder of the difference we can make in people’s lives.
