Shout out for Sprouts.

Trucker breaks world record by eating 33 sprouts in 60 seconds - beating the 2008 record by two. Triumphant Wayne Sherlock, originally from Drumconrath, Ireland, is now planning to get a sprout tattoo to mark his achievement. He said: "It's going to be a sprout with a crown and the number 33 underneath".

Not only was I glad to see Mr T's familiar list expanded to include some sprouts and carrots today, but I took a punt on including two packs of Lurpak (a weekly favourite) even though they'd not made the list (I can only assume he was distracted by the vegetables...). Mr T was grateful for me including these in his basket - in turn I am indebted to him for having the opportunity to discover there really is a world record for sprout eating...

These are strange times indeed.
