Our team of hardy Goodgym guide runners joined Tom, Naqi and Andrew (and Mario, the gorgeous guide dog pup) for a solid running session at The Emirates Stadium. Naqi took on some fartlek intervals with Lewis and Simon, Andy kept a steady tempo pace with Charlie, and Tom clocked a 10km PB while running with Michelle! Amazing stuff everyone!
