Goodgymers - ordinary people leading an extraordinary double lives!

Tonight we jogged over to the Bergholt Road alloment to sort bulbs, weed, water and spread bark on paths...but the real story comes from the chatter!

From pelvic floor exercises to quirky British superhero cartoons! As it happens, and as the title suggests, Goodgymers have similar traits...we all have our daily lives, our plans, families and friends but once or twice a week we turn into superheroes - much like Bananaman aka Eric and SuperTed (and we all have a crow or Spottyman sidekicks!)
