Our Task

A chilly evening in Woking and 6 members braved the cold and braved the thought of a bootcamp session. The evening was meant to be located in the allotment - the weather has not been on our side and trying to start a fire with wet wood, wouldn't work. So instead we stuck to the park and incorporated some litter picking into the evening task. The main activity was a bootcamp style session. We split up into pairs, with one of the partners staying put and having to put up with some dumbell exercises, we started on the shoulders while the other partner went and did a progressive running exercise. then swapping. We then moved on to legs - squatting with dumbells and then press ups, this time the person running and the joys of running with the weights. James showing his competitive side against Owen and Anne showing the guys hows it done when it comes to running with weights.

To celebrate GOODGYM WOKING 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY we headed to the pub for celebratory drink, chat and to enjoy the sweet treats Anne brought along!
