We had a quick mission to help Mrs H today with reorganising her living room. The mission nearly didn’t go ahead due to a last minute drop out, but heroically Latoya stepped (or should I say ran?) in to save the day - travelling all the way from Enfield to Bermondsey! Mrs H had a chair from the hospital but was struggling to fit it in her living room. Her occupational therapist met us at the flat and we worked together, rearranging the furniture so that the chair could fit and be plugged in safely at the wall. We had a bit of a game of Tetris to fit a table, some boxes and a lot of books behind the bed. Then we could move the chair into place and plug it in to the free socket. Now Mrs H can move between her chair and bed, which will help her with her health!
