Clearing and tidying balcony for Mrs M

Housing with Care have asked if we can help Mrs M. She has a small balcony that needs a general tidy up and sweep. Mrs M was in hospital for a duration and as a result potted plants on balcony were unattended and died. Balcony needs clearing of dead leaves, plants and foliaged and a general tidy up. The plant life on the balcony was Mrs M's pride and joy - she was proud of the things she had growing on the garden and enjoyed looking after it and it will mean a huge amount to her to see it looking tidier, as it's getting her down seeing it in it's current state.
