08:00 - 08:05This week I thought I would try to help with how we can break out of the routine that fast sets in as we work more and more from home.
The link to the video can help with the topics in the title and the guidelines I suggest, are to do all or aspects of it twice a day. It can also help with those GG missions too so you don't get rusty with a broom!!
It works well with a good daily routine such as adding some before work (or lunchtime/ after) activity of at least a good 20/30 min walk (run or cycle) and some stretches/ yoga.
These are just fun ideas the key is to break the monotony of being sedentary for long periods of time
Excuse my long-winded intro and dodgy workout attire…. Fast forward to minute 2 is perfectly acceptable!
