3 &their dog go to Catton

Today was event number 350 here at Catton Parkrun, 295 people jogged/walked/run around Catton Park on a beautiful Misty moody morning . Beks (&Emrys) managed the finish funnel, Bobby and I were time keepers. We were both nervous but we managed to only be 1 out of sinc and that was Elizabeth fault! Black mark for me 🙈 Goodgymers Andy R- Katie L - Dave (panda) T were running today, well done you three. Lots of families running together , lots of children to, and individuals enjoying getting up early and making their way round a 5K course starting their day in a positive, mindful way, hopefully helping them to a good weekend. Let’s do it all next week. Volunteering is very rewarding & without them the event can’t go ahead. Give it a go, and earn a Goodgym deed as well.
